3 MInute Flat Bread

1 Tube Large Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits (Pillsbury, or I used the Kroger version)

Roll out each biscuit into a 6 inch circle. (This will help you have the right thickness.) In a small non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook each biscuit for 30-60 seconds on each side or until golden brown. (You don't need ANY oil - as long as it's a non-stick skillet!) Yields: 8 servings.

Price Guessimate: $2-3 (depending on which brand you buy)

Steph's Comments: I discovered these on this blog and THEY ARE FUN! They're a great base for a lot of different dinners - anything requiring some sort of bread base. And SO EASY!
