1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 TB. black pepper
1 TB. minced garlic
1 TB. ground ginger
1/2 c. brown sugar
Mix all ingredients and marinate chicken overnight - or AT LEAST 2 hours. ENJOY! (Best on the bbq!)

Steph's Comments: I usually don't eat whole pieces of meat because it's more expensive, but chicken has been on sale lately, so we've enjoyed bbq-ing it, and this is BY FAR my favorite marinade. I got it from a random guy who came and did a presentation at my church a year ago. It's fabulous!
