Sloppy Joes

1 lb. ground beef
1 can of Sloppy Joe sauce (I used the Kroger kind)
6-8 hamburger buns
12-16 slices of cheese (opt.)

Brown ground beef, stir in sauce. Put on top of buns. If desired, top with cheese and put under broiler until cheese is melted and bread is slightly crispy. Yields 6-8 sloppy joes depending on how high you pile the sauce.

Price Guesstimate: $6.00 if you use whole wheat buns or $4.50-5 if you don't. (I always try and use whole wheat or at least partial wheat everything.)

Steph's Comments: My sister Heidi gave me this idea - and it was so fast and easy - hooray! I think putting them under the broiler with cheese makes them SO good, and I'm not even much of a sloppy joe fan, but I gobbled these up.
