1/2 cup unpopped popcorn (or whatever your popcorn popper calls for)
1/2 cube butter (more or less -just to have the cinnamon mixture stick) - for a healthier version you can also use the butter spray (but that's also more expensive!)
Cinnamon-Sugar mixture
Put popcorn in popcorn popper - let pop! :) Melt butter in microwave and drizzle over popcorn. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture over popcorn and ENJOY!

Steph's Comments: I've been trying to make cheaper snacks lately, so instead of eating fruit snacks or granola bars, I've been trying to make breads and muffins, and also POPCORN! My kids like plain popcorn a lot, so we often do that, but to dress it up a little bit (or when friends are over who don't like plain stuff!) we do this cinnamon recipe and it's very yummy. (And I made it up, so that's fun too!) :)
