Whole Wheat Zucchini Bread

3 eggs
1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups peeled & grated zucchini
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Mix in order and pour batter into greased bread pans. Bake for 50 minutes at 350.

Price Guesstimate: Who knows with baking stuff... cheap!

Steph's Comments: I got this recipe from my husband's cousin, Allie, but I changed the flour to whole wheat. This has been a FABULOUS snack to have around - and I love using zucchini this time of year! :) My kids have been devouring this (and I have too!) - I don't feel too bad knowing it's whole grain and at least has SOME veggies (am I justifying!?!). :)
