Italian Sub Casserole

1 lb. ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 oz) Tomato Soup
1 c. water (or a little more)
1/2 tsp. dried Italian Seasoning
2 c. stuffing (dried stuffing, like Pepperidge Farm or something)
1 pkg (8 oz.) shredded cheese (2 cups)

Brown the ground beef, add soup and water and seasoning into the skillet. The beef mixture into a 9x13 baking pan. Add stuffing and stir. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake @ 350 for 35 minutes or until bubbly. Check on it part way to see if you need to add any water (it can get dry, so don't let it!). Yield: 6-8 servings

Price Guesstimate: $5-ish

Steph's Comments: I got this recipe from my Campbell's Casseroles Cookbook - I accidentally cooked it on 400 instead of 350, so it got way dry... but besides my mistake, it was a yummy casserole! :) I really liked the stuffing in it.
